Beach Parking Plan for the Sea Pines Beach Club and Plantation Golf Club

With the continued popularity of the Sea Pines Beach Club, The Sea Pines Resort will be monitoring vehicle access to the parking lot again this year. Resuming this spring, guests of property owners and vacation rental property companies will not be permitted to park at the Plantation Golf Club or Sea Pines Beach Club for beach parking, beyond the 50 complimentary spaces at the Sea Pines Beach Club that are required by Sea Pines covenants.

Sea Pines Property Owners and Registered Guests of The Sea Pines Resort

Sea Pines property owners and registered guests of The Sea Pines Resort will continue to have priority parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club during daytime hours from March 22 through September 1. Once the 50 complimentary parking spaces required by covenants are filled by parties who have the “right of access” per Article 1 of the 12/22/77 Beach Club Covenants recorded at DB 258 P 233 (“Beach Club Covenants), the remaining spaces will be available exclusively to registered guests of The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Pines property owners owning an undivided, full interest in property. If the Beach Club parking lot becomes full, these property owners and Resort guests will be afforded parking at the Plantation Golf Club.

Overnight Guests and Others with Right of Access

During daytime hours from March 22 through September 1, vacation rental guests and others with the “right of access” will be limited to the 50 available parking spaces required under the Beach Club covenants at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Once those 50 parking spaces are filled, said parties will not be allowed to enter the Beach Club parking lot, but may park in the designated beach parking area and utilize the complimentary beach shuttle service provided by Community Services Associates (CSA).
